Most of my ideas start with a sketch.
In this example, I was exploring how transfer credits should be addressed as part of the user’s journey to enrollment. As part of the strategic process, I was considering several different journey paths depending on the user’s condition and/or state.
This sketch was later digitized and presented to leadership to bring everyone involved to the same level of understanding as to how the user was currently presented with information about transfer credits and how we might make the process a better experience for the user.
