Mission Control we have a problem!

 

They say a picture is worth a thousand words.

Whether you subscribe to this ideology or not, images convey information 60,000 times faster than text.

I find that using images gets a team on the same page quickly and allows the conversation to be focused on real conditions rather than relying on memory or hypothetical concepts.

We put together this image to ensure that the entire team was clearly focused on the user’s journey ending with an error; not a desirable state.

Over the course of this project we ensured we were communicating the production problem (shown below), how the form works today,  clear business requirements, as well as recommendations on how to proceed with the form enhancements.  Use my Contact Form to request a copy of the RAFAnalysis6Nov15 presentation.
