One Step or Two? Form Enhancements

The simpler the form, the more likely the user will be to complete it.

With this project, we worked with the marketing team to simplify the existing form – creating both a one-step and two-step version to be tested in a later phase of the project.  The back-end processing will determine the users City and State based on the user inputted Zip Code; using technology to remove two steps of user effort.

We worked carefully to balance the requirements of the business and the existing production implementation with web form standards.
